RAW MILK CHEESE APPRECIATION DAY

In 2015, we celebrated the first annual Raw Milk Cheese Appreciation Day. Recapturing the momentum from our 1999 campaign to promote a scientific-based conversation around the 60-day rule on unpasteurized milk. Here are some highlights from our event in 2015.
